Saltbox Consulting’s founder, Kimberly K. Egan, has over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry, both as a litigator and as outside regulatory counsel. Her litigation experiences includes almost a decade of work on complex product liability cases and government investigations for pharmaceutical clients. Her advisory work includes mergers and acquisitions for private equity, venture capital, and publicly traded companies; internal investigations on FDA matters; routine advice on marketing, safety, and new product matters; and crisis management on regulated issues.
